Extended Development Center

Tenzing has the capability to assist a Client in setting up an EDC, by virtue of its previous experiences in setting up EDC's for clients. Tenzing has successfully setup these centers, by providing the resources and the infrastructure to the client's team.

An EDC engages in Application development, testing and validation services, enhancements to the Client products, Maintenance and support activities etc, as per the requirements of the Client.

Generally the scope of work at the EDC will encompass one or more of the following:

• Core Development
• Testing and Bug Fixing
• Adding New Features
• Performance Tuning
• Maintenance and Support

The charges to Client for setting up and running the EDC are based on the number of resources to be billed per month and on the rates agreed to between Tenzing and the Client.
